Maybe you got a rollback while they were fuking around with their servers. Googled the issue and found some threads on reddit from people with similar issues.

Unfortunately - unless by some miracle they pop up in your missing items stash tab - they’re gone for good.

Blood wave build is pimping now. The grind is brutal tho, I have 2-3 hours max a day to play and running a helltide/ then dungeons is a crawl. Ive done a couple of nightmare dungeons, guess ill start doing more of those now I have a good build/items to go with it.

also misc question for you. Ive gotten a 2h scythe with insane multiplyer stats with a % chance to stun distant enemies. My scythe right now has a blood wave multiplier but the stats are nowhere as good. Should i swap aspects?

If the dps stats are close enough then it's a matter of "depends", but no godly rolls/aspects will outperform a huge enough difference.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but to clarify: items get destroyed when you extract an aspect and based on the "chance to stun distant enemies" I assume the new one is also a legendary with the Retribution aspect.

You can extract the blood wave aspect if you want to and later on put it on a decent sacredrareweapon. Once. But you can't put it onto an item that's already a legendary.

Blood wave has a longer CD, so you can't take advantage often unless you have lots of CD modifiers. Otherwise, overall dps on weapons will outperform that. Increased points to a core skill will generally be better, since it's more spammable.

Don't get too wrapped up in a weapon. The only items I keep for a while is jewelry because good jewelry doesn't drop as often.

I messed with a w shadow build last night and doing much better. Sacrifice all minions for shadow damage and damage reduction. With the damage reduction affix of gaining armor with skill use, im able to take a few hits before im low on health, and watching the enemies melt is fun. It requires some kiting, but it has a lot of damage potential. Slow them enemies, hit them with blight, then explode corpses to put tons of aoe on the ground, then kit them through it. Each tik has a chance to stun as well.

I think Blizzard needs to adjust the sacred chests. I have opened approximately 30 + so far and not a single legendary. I realize the keys are cheap, but something is up with that %

Not really sure. I didn't see any prompt when I started asking if you want SP or MP.

Unlike in D3, by default it's SP and you need to check "Public Game" so it opens up people to join your game.

D4 works more like an MMO. The only difference is the World Tier difficulty Level. Its like the usual normal, NM, torment level in D3.

Even with Christmas fnatic killing the bosses for me I didn’t really fall In love with the game. Even playing solo on my own it just the game isn’t my cup of tea!

Yeah you can still create a party and do group dungeons or just world questing. Or do it solo.

I hate games you cannot die in or you lose you’re entire progress and must start over with nothing.

There are some "hidden" tricks to get lots of gear. The first is to use helltides.com to find the mystery chests during the helltides. These will give you between three and four legendaries guaranteed. They require 175 Abysmals. The first chest you open when you first hit WT3 will have a huge impact on your damage and survivability.

Blizzard has also been making lots of adjustments to make more variety in the building. Several abilities and skills got buffed in the last match.

Lastly, a couple of the classes, like necromancer and barbarian are very slow at the start but then become very strong later on. What class and build are you using? Also, once you get your first paragon node, your damage will skyrocket.

Up to what point did you play?
ARPGs are known to require lots of grinding.

Leveling is also dependent on your gear and build. I find it actually easier to get legendaries leveling up than when D3 came out.
Your playstyle and experience will change a lot too when you hit 50+ for the paragon tree in case you haven't yet.

There are many ways to get geared while leveling - world drops, solo or MP dungeons using sigils, questing with Whispering Tree, Hell Tides, or just world events.
My vault is full of legendaries before I even reach 40s whether they are useful or not and thats not even including the items I extracted and salvaged.

I like the paragon tree better than D3 paragon where you only use it for stats. This time this is like a combination of stats and legendary gems from D3.

The balancing exist in most games. It will always get changed.

Sorc is actually not bad. I'm a sorc too.
I'm only 70 but I unlocked WT4 at 62 just recently.

I'm using the freeze build as usual lol. Its very good on AOE farming and decent on single target.
I can play at least 5 levels higher than me with ease and higher than that a bit more carefully.

Sorc is hard because number 1, you MUST have a meta build. Literally nothing else works.
2. Even the meta builds are nothing special without the right gear.

As a sorc player, it fking sucks. In the beta I felt way stronger than I ever have so far now that the game is out…which is pretty damn pathetic since I’m now level 63 and still getting wrecked in nightmare dungeons if I try too high of a tier.
I’m sure everyone feels this way, but sorcs still need some REAL buffs. Not this bull**** +3% here and there crap they gave everyone a couple days ago.

Ice shard.

If I wanted to play a melee character with arc lash I wouldn’t have went with a sorc lol.

It’s not a build I’m interested in at all.

I wish there was a frozen orb build that actually did the dps ice shard builds do. Without some major buffs, nothing is ever going to do what a good ice shards build can do. Yet Blizzard claims they want people to have diversities in their builds.

Pretty much all the classes only have 2-3 builds that REALLY work.
