Buy a VPN service (5$), enable it, send your eth to Bitdegree eth address, then they will send you Bitdegree token to your MEW address. MEW is myetherwallet, basically where almost everyone stores their ether thats not on exchanges.

This is a legit ICO for anyone wondering. Bitdegree is partnered with Ethos and Zcoin, both of which saw 1000% of gains these past few months lol.

Co founder of EA is on this team lol

Crypto will make you doubt yourself more than anything in your life. It's like a cruel mistress or some ****. But I love it just the same.
i tripled my money on the coin too way back when, I just have concerns its USD value per coin is inflated and those locked up coins are like a giant rock looming over your head ready to fall and crush your gains even though it's market cap could be soaring relative to the entire crypto market.

right now it's booming and thats great for short term gains, but I don't think its wise to expect to be holding it into late 2018. Get in, get your money, get out.

Ripple will make nobody a millionaire off 100 bucks anymore.

Existing wallets should be fine, just be on a VPN when signing up to the website and sending the ETH. I'm transferring my ETH from binance to MetaMask currently for it.

Bitcoin cash has seen these levels before coinbase.
You are assuming that xrp will be one of the first new coins on coinbase.
You could apply the same logic to literally any coin in the top 20.

Literally every reddit/slack is like "IF MY COIN GETS ON COINBASE!!!!! MOOOOOON!!!"

People forget that coinbase is putting a lot of resources into ERC20 tokens.
Next year should be a great year for all of us, but this nonsense about xrp passing up eth for any sizable amount of time is pretty funny. Please note the "sizable amount of time".

Eth is egregiously undervalued compared to btc right now. We are close to the same number of active addresses and handle plenty more transactions per day. Look at CMC, look at tokens, look at all those erc20 tokens (minus a few like EOS).

EDIT: And futures announcements for ETH soonish. If they are settled in ETH, fuuuark. Probably BTC and ETH ETFs in 2018.

this is the problem with echo chambers and largely the elephant in the room that is centralization with crypto, coinbase has already shown it's hand in being way to big of a market mover for me to be comfortable with their continued expansion.

we need better ways to buy tokens. A coin being listed on this app shouldn't determine it's success... and it essentially validated a scam coin by posting it to the site, even though it's got so little to be excited about comparative to some of the other projects in the alt space; but it has bitcoin in it's name.

Doesn't really look impossible. All XRP need is its price to reach $1.85 and it will have $72B cap. But that's if ETH prices stay the same as now.

With XRP's circulating supply, kinda hard to see this happening soon. But its also hard to underestimate the effect of coinbase to these coins and then the whales.

Ripple : backed by bill gates, amex, hedge fund investors, 100's of banks included the biggest banks in Japan. One of the most impressive cryptocurrency teams today. Technology is currently being utilized and tested by major banks across the world and everyone and their mother is talking about it, while Ripple's twitter is gaining thousands per day. Rumors of coinbase additions plus major household names. Actually has real world utility value and is trying to work with banks to solve an issue.

Meanwhile in the misc, "yeah so this coin came out and its got some good technology, It can time travel through space and an 16 year old russian kid made it in his basement. Its the next big thing."

Look at it this way. spend 5$ on a vpn and be sure you will get your coins. Or risk that they might find out you are not us resident and don't give you anything.

If you're holding XRP brahs, pay real close attention to those locked up coins and whether the partnerships Ripple has attained have actually agreed to use XRP as the currency for the ripple fintech.

edit: its those partnerships that agree to use xrp that are the important key factor for it's continued growth, no matter what flashy tweets the dev share with new partnerships if they are only agreeing to the fintech portion there's no basis in the value of the XRP.

not a fud post, but reality on the price of the coin once the honeymoon phase wears out.
Bitcoin is basically retail/whales.....tutes trying to get.

XRP is not marketed to retail (hence why its so damn hard to buy)....and wallet is wonky...experience isn't like bitcoin/bitcoin cash litecoin etc.

XRP there will be billion dollar buys when its ready.....they don't give a **** about us buying 100-1 mil....its small in the grand scheme of things.

If banks actually adopt/use to transfer money cheap/instantly then they might run out of XRP quick.

will it go to 16k? no..probably not its still the adoption rate. impossible to speculate but price with bitcoin market cap puts you are 4-7 bucks.........if they actually get adoption 10-100 bucks.

what if none of the banks want to use XRP and create their own settlement blockchain? There is no incentive to drive use of XRP - banks value one thing over all and that is control of their data, if they can privatize the ledger and use another bridge currency XRP has no utility. This is why I disagree fundamentally on the future value of the token at this point in time. Maybe i will be wrong, but it's why I won't touch it now, too many concerns.

short term swings however i'm sure people made hefty gains on XRP.

This is not a pump and dump. Ethos was .05 cents, now its 2.50. Powerledger was 8 cents now its 90 cents. Zcoin was 80 cents now 122.86.

Suppoman's pick are for long term and they have gone up exponentially . Bitdegree will be the same.

I will prob self half at 2x, and ride the rest to 5x.

It's to put control on the price of xrp. If the price go higher, the transaction fees go higher too. So they intend to release a portion of the locked tokens to the market to regulate the price.

At this point, there is no set price yet for them to consider releasing the supplies afaik.

If banks actually adopt/use to transfer money cheap/instantly then they might run out of XRP quick.

will it go to 16k? no..probably not its still the adoption rate. impossible to speculate but price with bitcoin market cap puts you are 4-7 bucks.........if they actually get adoption 10-100 bucks.
why would a bank use a currency they can not control?

Talking about microcoins, did anyone jump in on the EMBER hype? I got a cool 1.2 mil, if nothing else happens then I lose $60.

It crashed cryptopia and coinmarkets are now also struggling, wallets paused after I managed to sneak the cheeky position in.

So basically they are holding coins back to counter the volatility from XRP? Isn't this exactly what we do not want to see in a alt?

this too, forgot that the coins utility is driven on it being around the price of the currencies it's bridging so a 20 dollar ripple doesn't make sense.

but I read a long time ago that the locked up XRP is going to be given to partners etc in 1 billion coin contracts, not really released just to flood the markets.. perhaps the incentive to use XRP over another token is in the intent to provide a partner bank XRP for free to use. like a drug dealer giving the first dose free :P

why would a bank put their business in control of XRP we need to ask ourselves?
there is some reason a bank or company would use XRP.
XRP is used for fast settlements. I just don't think we are publicly able to see how many of these companies that are using Ripple tech are actually using the token

Needing a serious pump from ETH, LTC and BTC. Really hoping to be able to liquidate some of that sometimes soon and buy more alts.
