Well if I would have cut them out immediately I wouldn’t be getting 16 times a night to piss . But I wouldn’t listen ,and although at times I try to cut back . I’ve gotta fight this urge to eat chocolate all the time . Alcohol I can go without for weeks to months at a time , but not doing well with chocolate. Of course they’ve already got the Easter stuff out lol
oh shit- how much difference would cutting out the chocolate make? Is there anything else you could replace it with? Have you ever heard of carob? ive never tried it but i was looking up chocolate replacements for you. I guess it doesn't have caffeine . im looking into it as a type this and it seems to be something people either despise or love
