We should go get coffee sometime is very wishy washy with minimal commitment and minimal effort as he didn't even try to start arranging a day and time and location

This could be for two reasons

Either you're just not worth the effort or he's afraid of being rejected

He's basically throwing it out there asking if there is any chance at all you will fuck him and wants that answer before proceeding
