If you knew anything about gear, you'd realise you can absolutely mitigate left ventricular hypertrophy - but 200mg a week for over half the year, and 400mg a week for the other part is not going to cause your heart to fail within 5 years. Plus, I've only been using 2.5 years. HGH is enough to have an effect on body composition and recovery - not enough to cause any organ growth.

I don't understand how having a tight ass is an insult either - even if you tried to fuck it with your tiny egg roll cock you'd probably not touch the sides.

No one 'needs' steroids, but when you're claiming 197lb and you're over 25% fat - including neck rolls plus whatever replaced the brain inside your head - and you're making a whole $31k a year while taking a cocktail of psyche meds every day, you're hardly in the prime of anything except a likely meltdown.
