Hope it gets or have gotten better for you, mate. I think getting older in general, and learning to adopt the "get off my lawn" attitude helps (a little). When trying to be liked or fitting in, it was so much pressure. Might not apply to you at all, but was big for me breaking free from that. Our culture is fucked that way - fit in and go with the crowd. Many may feel good doing that. Just wasn't my thing - hence always liked the U.S. better.

I've had massive improvements but still deal with it. sucks.

I tried a lot of different things but will never take pharmaceuticals
