I had a client when this was coming out who was an internal medicine doctor and she said the hardest part was finding doctors who would actually be part of taking someone's life, even as a mercy killing.

I'd be willing to bet with a lot of chronic pain patients or palliative ones, given the choice they would happily take a hard shot and fall asleep.

When my dad passed away they basically just let him lie there for a week steadily increasing morphine for his pain until he died anyway. There was black shit coming out of his body and he was suffering. That doesn't need to happen.

In your father’s case they should have done assisted suicide . Like no one should have to suffer like that imo . But the problem in Canada is they’re providing lethal injection for people who are poor and have no hope. They give veterans with disabilities next to fk all to survive ,yet I heard immigrants get over 84K a year from our government.
