I was 26 when my mom passed so it wasn't too long after that before I fully understood how time waits for no one. Mentally, it changed me a lot. I can look around in the moment and really soak things in knowing well that tomorrow is not promised. Physically? Probably right now at 35. My knee is giving me serious issues, in the past it was just a "take some ibuprofen and it will quickly go away". Now its "Ibuprofen can alleviate things but this pain ain't going away ". It's time boyo's, I need to see a doctor.

I read an article not long ago that said you don't age at a steady rate, but rather you two rapidly changing periods with the rest more gradual. The rapid periods are in the mid-40's and early 60's.
Got a link?

I don’t feel it.
I’m probably completely delusional but I don’t believe I look any older either at 36 than I did at 26. If anything I think I’ll look better in my late 30s and into my 40s since I’ve recently gotten a hair transplant and am more consistent with skin care, diet, sleep etc.

34 I think but I have this faith in my body that if I get my shit together that I can feel a lot better. I already feel better just doing what I can to make my body fit for aging
Edit- I’m almost 41 now so I feel like I’m at that point where I lock in and look awesome in a couple years or I LDAR - quite the crossroads

Physically I feel better than ever at 34. Once in a while my lower back gives me issues, but once it goes away I'm back to 100%.

Mid 20s played tackle football, I could barely get out of bed the next couple of days. Playing pickup basketball in my late 20s and early 30s I end getting a sore back. I herniated a disc the other day just by going down some steps lol
When I was a younger I would be outside playing every type of sport and never get an inkling soreness.

In my 40s it got harder to stay aesthetic.
I am 51 now and take exercise for longevity seriously, besides bjj which reks my body.
I max out a few times per year then base my workouts on 70% of that max. Also do a lot of kettlebells and stretching.
My physical peak was probably in my 30s and early 40s, I was too drunk and stoned in my 20s to know or care.
