I’m impressed srs . Benching with a barbell has pretty much been my demise . Had I used dumbbells I’m certain I never would have gotten tendonitis , but of course I had to ego lift for decades .
And all I had to do was bench with a bar maybe 2-3 times a year to confirm my PR . I know that if I can bench dumbbells 90-4 , that I can rep 225 , so I definitely could have kept track that way .
Anyways it’s over srs , as my firearms are torn to shreds inside . Maybe next year if I’m lucky
