Live/retire at some big log cabin like this – close to water and other scenery. Have a home gym in there and some space for woodworking as well. Then focus on photography (nature/wildlife/macro.) Learn more about nature, fishing etc etc. Have some cold beers at night - overlooking the water while checking in on the misc.

Pretty much doing it. Watching my kids grow up and being there for them. Working, teaching jiu jitsu, painting Warhammer when it snows and traveling.

When we retire in a few years, we are going to live in Europe for a while. My wife wants to work for the National Trust in England tending gardens, I would love to either be a tour guide or just teach jiu jitsu at a gym and eventually make our way to the Netherlands for a year or two.

I would start an internet payment system, then sell it off and start an electric vehicle company, then I would make rockets to go to space, then I would audit all of the government spend to see where the democrats are sending our money.

Be a world wanderer. Not travel for insta pics, but just move to a new place everytime the place I'm at feels stale to experience all this world has to offer.
