can confirm this too tho, this is one reason over the years I spent more time in relationships vs chasing random ONS, “quickies” with new girls usually didn’t turn out well and sex got better over time when in relationships. after I was with my LT gf for awhile she told me she was scared the first time we had sex but she didn’t let on at the time lol
