I mix it with milk and make shakes. I still have some from 2023.so I don't use it a lot most of my protein from steak seafood eggs pork ect

I have a question. Why are people still using protein powders? it's so much easier getting it from food. I get that it's convenient but unless you need 300grams a day I dont see the point.
