Objectively there is no such thing as “good” or “bad”. Those are just values we assign based on what we feel. Feelings are great tool for short term survival purposes in the physical material reality, but I would leave them there.

Yes
In the gateway tapes, part of the preparation includes an imaginary component called the energy conversion box. You put your anxieties, concerns, and physical body inside it to protect them and store them as you won’t be needing them.
More conventional grounding meditation you would find in eastern philosophies for example would include imagining yourself growing roots into the earth. Having those roots wrap around the core of the earth and have them hold you very tightly to it. Of course actually touching the grass is preferred lol.
There are a lot out there. Many more than those two.

There are literal death meditations I do. It includes ego death and a very explicit physical death. I imagine death directly.
Maybe it is an acceptance thing that gives me the ability to endure it.

In high school, me and some friends tried a game where one of us would draw a card and try to mentally "project" the card to the others. They would then try to guess. We were far from a perfect score, but better than random chance. I'm not convinced we were telepathic but its always left me wondering about what's possible.

I think I have before but it wasn’t intentional. I’ve done a lot of psychedelics but I don’t have any book knowledge on this shit. One time I was kind of messed up passed out(not on psychedelics) and I felt like I was sitting on the couch (I was “asleep” on the floor -as my mother. She was actually on the couch in real life. I was elevated above myself and could feel who she is as a being. It kind of fucked me up because I can still feel that way sometimes. I don’t know if I would want to remote view as a habit because I can still feel like my moms energy and I don’t think there’s anything to separate it from your own once you’ve felt it .
I’ve had a lot of experiences when on psychedelics and could probably fuck around quite a bit but I like feeling grounded these days.
I had another experience like 20 years ago that was similar. I also go through periods of time where I sleep walk so idk. One time I “woke up” convinced I had a baby and I just kept looking for said baby. Finally my son was on the couch and I screamed at him “where is he!?!?l” and when I did the scream I woke myself up. Kinda feels related but idk
