You looked like shit at 157 because youre test is really cucked by shbg.
The less carbs you eat the higher the shbg goes and that competes for total testosterone.
Way to go is to slow bulk with very high carbs. Nevermind the protein and avoid going over 80g in fat.
This should last months.
Im at month 2 and my shbg dropped from 89 to 65 So theres still like 20 ish units to drop.
You were way more malnourished than me so u probably take 5months to get your T in place
Once the shbg is in check the T returns, and all your fat wont go to your titz. Fat gain in general is less necause it goes to the MUSCLE
