In my late 20s before kids I got up to 3 plate (315) for 4 sets of 10.

Currently lifting around a partial torn rotator cuff from about a year ago, so all of my working sets are strict form of 225 for 4 sets of 8-10 reps.

Even prior to my injury, as I’ve gotten older I rarely went above 275 on the bar which was the weight that sent me to snap city

350lbs for 1 very difficult rep in 2014, when I was about 250 myself.

Now, I could do maybe 285 for 1 rep, but I tend to do no higher than 265.

180 lb x 10 @ 185 BW was my best within the last year. Was trying for 185x10x185 but couldn't quite get there before my shoulder said nope. Never been able to bench worth a shit. A rep of 235 lb was my max single.

365 was my all time PR. No clue what it is now, haven't done barbell bench in a long time.

I benched 370 in a powerlifting meet back in 2014. 375 in the gym.

Right now, Maybe 275 if things aren’t hurting too bad? But I haven’t tried that recently. In fact, I haven’t gone above 225 for reps recently.

275lbsx1 vs 205lbs as of today. My best within the past year has been 225lbs but I've been cutting for a while.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

That’s definitely impressive srs . My rotators don’t tolerate incline benching very well , so I usually use dumbbells. Get one fk of a good pump with dumbbells for some reason

Why would I lie about this? I watched every calorie in my mouth M-F, and this was coming off a 13 month stint in Iraq where I built a solid foundation since all there was to do was work out while there. 27ish years old so hormones on optimal blast.

Long after I was that strong I was doing 100 lb dbs for 4 sets of 12 on incline. When you’re bro splitmaxing your upper body gets strong.

I’ve never 1 rep maxed more than 360, no reason to try
