It was a middle eastern barber in Bangkok who told me that it was a great hair transplant when he was giving me a fade and could see the subtle difference between the hair. A couple weeks ago, I was over at my longtime friend's house drinking with him and his wife(who is kind of a narcissistic cunty type that I've known for a long time as well). Her husband(my friend) is balding, and it's obvious this is something that really makes her insecure. I remember like 10 years ago, she made some comment to me when we were in a pool in Vegas about "you're starting to lose hair, might want to do something about it".

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, and she made some comment like, "Your hairline is looking really good", and was clearly trying to imply that I had a hair transplant. I basically just ignored the comment, as I certainly wasn't going to announce to a group of people that I had a hair transplant at this point when nobody knows. Eventually, one of the other girls in the group who is married but I'm positive she secretly wants to fuck me jumped in and said, "No, he's always had a really good hairline."

I could tell deep down my friend's wife was just seething because she couldn't figure out what happened. It was a moment that gave me a smile, and the girl who stepped in and defended me will definitely get some dick as a reward for it if she ever breaks up with her husband.

I regret not going earlier. I stayed at the Sheraton city centre (below) and just walked around that area, went as far as Taksim square. Didn’t even attempt to match with girls or anything.

The day after the transplant I went to the Asia side of the city for my hyperbaric oxygen chamber which was neat.

Given the pattern of your implants, you will be going back in a few years to have the mid section filled. I'll go back for the crown some day because I won't take Fin, but I'm good in the front to 2/3 of the way back. I'm old so I don't really care about the crown so much, just want to look normal from the front.

Make it a sight seeing visit next time. The tower was the coolest thing to me. Get the headphone tour if you go to the Hegia Sophia and Velodrome. Also, some guy "befriended me" when I was waiting for the Blue Mosque to open, told me some history and shit, then waited for me at the exit and invited me to his carpet store to give me a cup of coffee and try to get me to buy $1,500 persian rugs. Do not recommend. If they come up to you tell them you don't want a rug and know the history.

I'm hoping that because I'm on dutasteride and have been for 5 years that the mid section is safe. My hair has looked like the picture in the OP for 3 years now with no further loss.

I think I may just do a Balkans vacation and make a point to see Türkiye again.

I hope it works out that way, but I'd wait on that Balkans trip.

To me it looks like the native hairs haven’t really shed and there is no regrowth yet for the transplanted hairs and they are still in the resting phase.

Will be extremely depressed if it looks like this in 10 months.

Back to baseline. It'll look good in 4 months. Still in shock that you were this bald. Couldn't tell from your photos on old misc. Either way, it's a good call that you got the procedure done.
