I'm not putting pressure on myself to finish training quickly, I plan to put in a full day tomorrow, I attended a company meeting today and that was all.

I was told I wasn't even using the correct material to refer to for the practice exam, there was other material most people would have passed over thinking it wasnt relevant to the current exam, knowing this I may be able to pass now.

I feel like it adds a human element when he does this. I do something very similar sometimes when speaking (especially in public) where I'll cover my mouth sometimes with my hand slightly. I do this as a natural habit because up until the age of 21 I had significantly crooked two front teeth and I'd hide my smile. My dad I remember saved up enough money to get me artificial spacers which straightened out their appearance. The digging at his nose is nowhere near significant.

I could potentially be making 100s of thousands at this job, I'm trying to anticaipate what could go wrong and I'm not seeing anything.

Yeah, she mentioned 250, 600, and 1500, and indicated these were usual numbers for a sale.

Throw out 1500 because you know she is capping. Average 250 and 600

If you want to make 100k a month you need about 11 sales a day average every single day

That is more than one an hour that is closer to 1.5 sales an hour and it probably takes a lot of time to sign them up. This assumes you go from working 0 hours a day to 8 hours a day every day for a month

That is on the border of physically impossible and not considering the quality of the leads which people say they give you 5 year old leads

The best agents are probably doing just that, they are likely getting referrals for the people who signed up (their friends and family) and immediately calling those referrals and getting a lot of sign ups, I dont think its out of the question.

Well, at another sales role that I had I became top performer for the entire company in 3 months, the sales commission capped out at 5 bucks per sale, if I went by the average which was like 4 slaes a day for the average agent I would think nobody, like myself, could potentially get 15 - 30 a day, and thats what I was doing, I was doing 200 - 250 calls a day and most of them went to voicemail where I would leave a statement and then go to the next call, but at this company the average agent for this company she said gets 2 - 3 sales a week, but I can potentially see someone really good able to convince customers to sign up their entire household on one call and make a killing just from one call.

Their always outliers, she did state that most agents are making 60 - 80k a year their first year, last year she said 5 or 6 agents broke a million in sales, with the highest one almost to 1.5 million.

when i worked at a call center we were all allowed to call ourselves "the supevisor" so when someone complained and demanded a manager or supervisor we just transfer it to the guy next to us.

They are probably all told to call themselves "the regional manager"
