TBH nobody gives a fuck about the Dem party platform.

Both parties are EQUALLY bad in different ways, and nobody gives a fuck how you cut it.

I think what swings these independent voters is perceived legitimacy. Trump was a rich guy that ate steak with ketchup and served big macs in the white house. Obama was a guy that seemed like you could run into at a local dive bar. Neither partys leadership understands that a lot of people are just tired of being lied to and treated like idiots. Getting passed that is more important than a specific platform. They just want something real

Dems are starting to get it though. Im seeing a lot of dems give speeches that sound like trump in 2016.

Trump did a masterful job of conning the actual pleb that he cared about their plight, when he's used the office just to enrich himself and abuse power.


Obama was something different. Not as corrupt as Trump, but still in the pockets of the donors. At least with Obama you got somebody who was intelligent, well read, and had control over his emotions.


I'd say the average person has to shut out Trump after the first 20 seconds of listening to him because the amount of lies just become unbearable to listen to.

One of the first things the next person needs to push through is age restrictions on any public office. Presidency for sure, but honestly Congress, Senate and Supreme Court too. No way should anyone be making major decisions over the age of 70 when they should be on a golf course instead.
