Meal would have been better eaten directly on the cutting board.

Replacing the broccoli for fresh berries, kiwi and pineapple all drizzled in raw honey.

And a glass of raw milk to wash it all down.

I'm being honest on this one. Grills are elite for chicken and burgers and vegetables and potatoes and such, but I'll never cook a steak on a grill again.

Invite that sloot you recently made a thread about and make her this at your place. Maybe with 1/2 the brocolli and throw in a desert. She would be heavily impressed.

But regardless, those long bone ribeyes are a waste of money. Just a marketing gimmick to charge 1.5x the price.

The purpose of a pan is to collect all of the drippings as well, so when you finish it with butter it gives you a delicious topping for your steak.

Lol, of course it's a marketing gimmick. You're paying for a steak by the pound, and they're including an 8oz bone into the cost and not discounting it. One of the biggest scams in the book.

A tomahawk is around 16/lb and a prime ribeye is usually 19-20. So yah it’s already discounted

Your just getting more meat with the tomahawk even with the bone so of course the final price is gonna be higher

If not paper thin, steak should be reverse seared. Start in oven or smoker then finished/seared on charcoal grill.

You can reverse sear on a charcoal grill. No need to use an oven at all. Can even add wood on top the charcoal to get that smoke going

We have a pellet smoker so he uses that then finishes on charcoal grill. When I didn't have access to grill I used oven then seared on stove top.
