That's literally not the way it works. See Allfather's post in OP. You can block whoever you want. We'll still be able to see your posts and neg you.

 If they were genuinely bothered by someone’s posts they can just simply put them on ignore. The fact they don’t put them on ignore and keep quoting them and keep posting in their threads and keep negging them proves their sole intent is harassment.  

That is why I would like a bi-directional block/feature so they cannot access my posts or my threads or my CP at all. With a one directional block their harassment will continue as usual.

It should work like a NO CONTACT order in court where the other party is not able to contact or interact with you in any way at all.

I just disagree. I want a two way block that blocks users from any interaction with me at all and blocks them from my threads and my CP. I don’t think the appropriate solution to harassment is to tel the victim to just ignore it.
