i drank two times in 2026 so far. Jan 17 and Feb 13. the hangovers are just too brutal. especially when i have to hit the gym every morning to lift at 7am followed up by a 2 hour walk outside in the sun and 80-90+ degree heat and high humidity. i'll still drink when i have to and there's a good reason. but it's got to be worth it.

how is your diet only 2000 calories if you are that active? i'm pretty sure a female would lose weight on that diet and workout plan, and presumably you are maintaining your weight.

I don't think people understand it's down to individual psychology and what works for you. You have a consistent downward trend in weight with an eating plan that is sustainable long term for you.

Someone like Drew he's got a totally different strategy that works for him and eats the same thing every day and 6 mini meals a day

But they both work. I don't see why people can't get that there is more way to do the same result

Alcohol will actively supress testosterone production and shut down basically all metabolic processes as the body tries to expel the poison that alcohol is

A drink or two a couple of times a week won't hurt but consistent consumption will fuck you up worse than junk food overall - both consist of empty calories but the body can still utilise the macronutrients of the junk food, although the extra chemicals and preservatives they use are questionable at best when it comes to organ health - but they won't kill test, kidneys or liver as quickly as alcohol.
