Regarding my health , thx bruh . I brought it on myself , but I’m sure 9f I never had these injuries that it never would have happened.
I don’t mind changing my diet ,but not being able to drink ever again makes me want to rope . I was kind of hoping maybe I could have a 6 pack of Coors light once a month , but everything I’m reading says alcohol makes you even more insulin resistant.

Because women absolutely hate me... Every single gym I go to ,,, the majority of women try to bully me out of the gym by either hogging up my machine, talking crap behind my back to their twink bf, or simply just not showing up on the days that I lift...I've actually been banned at some gyms because they are actually pretty good at what they do.. Among being banned at grocery stores by female clerks stealing my newspaper that I read for free without paying for it before I even get to the building..

Running the damn place like it's some type of high security prison with all her webcamms up her assss...
