While I agree that I’m slightly behind schedule, May was a great month. I legit went from chubby to sexy in 30 days. And now that it’s bike season, I’ll legit be “hot” by July 1st.

This is 100% false. My belly shrunk considerably during the month of May, and it's going to be ideal in another 2-3 weeks. I'm legitimately in a position right now where I am being approached by random females to smash. But I'm not happy with this, because I have goals and I'm going to reach them.

This past month was literally my best month of body recomp in my entire life. And I wasn't even able to bike until the last 10 days.

I'm going to be an absolute unit in another 30 days.
