People feel sorry for retards and give them jobs they aren't really qualified for. Even stuff like Walmart greeter they have no social awareness and either keep talking to people who don't want to be talked to or get handsy. Retards are more likely to assault someone both sexually and otherwise than any other demographic.

Also they aren't actually providing for themselves they usually have relatives who have to pay for a good chunk of their living expenses. The jobs are a way to keep them busy so they aren't left to their own devices 24/7.

It apparently can't do anything with uploaded pictures, so it can't use real people, best you can do is describe them and hope it recreates something similar, you can tweak it and it's pretty advanced though
