In the latest mail-in batch, Raman got even more votes than Karen Bass. Pratt is hanging on to a 1.1% lead over Ramen. 194,000 mail-in ballots left to count and Pratt is only leading Ramen by 7500 votes. WTF.

We saw Pratt's lead over Ramen go from 7 -> 6 -> 3.3 -> 1.1 points
