She was old and just had some small saggers by then anyways, he probably didn't even play with them anymore

That being said, even if they were spectacular, there's no question he should choose her health over aesthetics. Maybe have a memorial for them afterwards. She could get some fake ones too, some are quite normal looking. They don't have to be giant retarded balloons

Your op said because she had her breasts removed his whole world was ending. She’s not dying here though she may if she doesn’t remove them. I can agree there should be some empathy for the man but in this scenario you have to be there for your partner who is the primary one suffering.
