sometimes stubborness can work in ur favour. as soon as trudeau came out saying they were gonna be mandatory for travel etc. i noped the fuck out of that hard just out of spite. he was on record months before saying "it would always be optional" etc. then he doubled down and started saying anti vaxxers(or just ppl who said nah), were often racists, misogynists, bigots etc. completely unrelated to a vaccine. so then thats when i started actively rebelling against it

I don’t have highly desirable skills so it would have been risky to quit my job and find something else especially with the job market and uncertainty surrounding the job market around that time.

Also every other job in my industry required the vaxx. It would have been tough.

hey, i wasnt wealthy and i said fuck em. you know it's bs bc now none of that stuff is mandatory. but it is what it is. some fell for it, some never fell for it but decided to take it anyway for their job, im one of those that said fuck the authorities. turned out to be a gr8 choice

But my neighborhood is probably 20% black.

Work is more diverse as I travel to many different size businesses. Its just right, IMO. Could do with less non whites, but living in a red state keeps everyone in line.

Lamar County Mississippi and moved a year ago from Forrest County Mississippi. It's, uh, demographic alright. In the past month in this area, we have had a shootout at a Cookout restaurant, two shootings in the avenues, a gun pulled on a dude in the Walmart lobby, a road rage incident that got a man killed, two old people killed in a home invasion, the brothers of the perp in that old people killing got into a shootout with cops and paralyzed one from the waist down. And I am sure I am missing something. Of all that, ONE person was white and he was the one defending himself in a road rage incident.


I'm not like some of the miskers here. I have no problem with black folks. It's the thugs I don't like.

Going to soak it in formaldehyde for a bit then transfer it into ethyl alcohol. In some sort of small jar or similar vessel. I plan on making it into a christmas ornament lol

Side story time. I didn't know my mom had dentures for 25 years of my life. She was in the hospital (Coma for 10 days after a surgery) where I walked in and was like "Where the fuck are her teeth" in a panic. My family was like "Over there in a jar, they are fake". She was able to recover enough to be woken up and the first thing I asked her was "when were you going to tell me about your fake teeth". She laughed and assumed I knew, we had a good chuckle over that. A couple of years later we were with her on her deathbed. She eventually passed, but before I got out of the room, I took the teeth with me. I still have them, they are on my bookcase. I should get those suckers on the christmas tree too.

Where I live whites are 57+%, Asians 23% and blacks 3-4.5%. My office is about the same.
