Yesterday my left ear popped for the first time doing valsava and it was the clearest its been in 2.5 months but woke up and back to blocked. It popped again today so i think its getting closer

1. Catch some ants then make them run around for a few hours so they're nice and thirsty.

2. Lie down and release the ants beside the waterlogged ear and remain there until they enter and start drinking,

3. Prepare a nice meal for them and place it in a tiny flat dish on a comfortable surface where you can lie down for a prolonged period

4. Relax beside the tiny dish with the soon to be dry ear close enough so they can smell the food

5. After they leave to go eat, thank them and enjoy your newly functioning ear
