Haiti is Lawless. They bring that mentality here. They are uncivilized and clash with Western culture. No sense of laws or etiquette.

Haitians are happy, grateful, thankful to be here tho and they don't have entitlement chips on their shoulders like American blacks do.

muh suspicion is that he walked down the middle to feel like he owned the street. 45mph each way coulda taken him out in rush hour too.

i almost ran one of them over at a intersection he had his head down looking at his phone and started walking across
