Businesses and their lawyers will shit test you about everything if it makes them a few extra dollars; they will lie out thier asses and have contracts with all kinds of unenforceable predatory clauses in them, and try to indimidate you and most people will be afraid or ignorant and bend over for them, which is why it's so profitable.

I recommend https://jurisdictionary.com/

as well as this old ass book on the subject, if you can find a copy:

Nothing feels better than telling some debt collector or some business you left a bad review for or whatever to fuk right off and die.
i definitely agree with this. corporations are ruthless and they exploit workers all the time. this is why unions were formed - so that a collective group of people could fight back against companies and demand better working conditions.

society teaches us that work is a crucial part of our identity, but nobody teaches us about employment law. there should be a mandatory class in high school about employment law. but of course the companies wouldn't want this because it would take away their power. companies thrive on people's ignorance of the law.

there is a famous American employment lawyer called Attorney Ryan - he has a YouTube page where he posts a lot of interesting shorts. he recently released a book about employment law. i really enjoyed it. here is a link:
