1. Work hard. Be willing to work extra shits/OT. You can never have too much income.

2. Shop around - different lenders offer different interest rates.

3. Make sure you have extra money saved up. Your down payment isn't your final number. Closing costs are brutal, at least have a spare 15k laying around just to cover the closing costs!

4. Build your credit. If you have poor credit, apply for credit cards, set on autopsy, and don't spend more than you have!!!

5. Make sure you don't have any other loans, if you do, pay them off!! Having more debt could seriously affect your chances of getting that loan.

Hope this helps boyos!
Ok cool.

I posted examples in 4 different states in the post above this quoted post. Like I said there's lots of areas if you know where to look. Are you going to find something like that in California? Probably not but that's the whole point to maximize your money in a good area. Are you going to live in major cities? Also probably no.

Where I live is in one of the many possible locations where it's majority non-hispanic white with affordable housing. And it's not like any of the examples I shared are out in the boonies either.

If you guys need to live in places like New York or Toronto or California or fucking Hawaii where you own a shack for 3 times the cost of what I pay by all means go for it. Trust me, that just helps preserve these other areas that much longer to enjoy should I ever need to relocate somewhere else.

Here's another one though. Now I've given you 5 different states

Asheville, NC - 80% white, 615k 2500 sq ft house

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I’m pretty sure my house is the cheapest on here or everyone else is lying I like everything about my city besides the racoon problem. Asheville is expensive to me and all these other places homes in my area are like 200-400k
