boyo you don't need a lawyer to submit an application for disability. if you apply and they reject you, then you should think about hiring a lawyer to strengthen your case. but there is a chance you will get approved without a lawyer's help.

Yes. Thats actually what my lawyer told me to do, and Ive done everything myself so far with just a little input from him, but most really do get rejected and this way I already have a lawyer on retainer that only gets paid eventually if I win. There are books about getting approved on your own, but I decided to get the lawyer to help me with certian grey areas.
