How much time off are you guys taking b4 hitting the same muscle group again?

My split is:
Mon - Rest
Tue - Flat bench focused push day w/pull ups after bench.
Wed - Rest
Thu - Pull day w/horizontal rowing (no vertical pulling because it disrupts pec recovery) + curls + face pulls
Fri - Rest
Sat - Flat bench focused upper body day w/incline bench + horizontal rowing + various isolations (curls, pushdowns etc).
Sun - Rest or light lower body
Mon - Rest
Tue - Flat bench focused push day w/pull ups after bench.
Wed - Rest

Fri - Rest

Every 5 days. Higher volume ppl with two days off instead of one between cycles. Used to do one day off but in my mid 40's now I need the extra day.
