I meant in the way of employment opportunities.

That available job/jobs fitting his education level would have been given to the aforementioned groups for half the pay.

I think we all know older retired guys who did drywall or the like and have lived the exact same experience as the guy in the OP. Thats not a career path for their grandkids.

I have friends that are retired police officers, that same career path would not exist for them today if they were in their 20s.

The same police depts they retired from do everything in their power to not hire white men today.

I live in NoVA and everyone in my circle meets that (except for the lack of education, that's not a flex, that's a failure), even the white thing because most of us are mixed. We have some of the best school districts in the country, low crime, high standard of living.

You want to twist things in a way so that your argument comes out on top, but your argument is neither correct nor factual.

Eddie has a kid who was unplanned, he doesn't see her anymore. Eddie refuses to get a job, he can't have the white picket fence simply because he's white. Work was always part of the contract.

I was born and raised quite poor. But as soon as I was able to, I fixed that. Because that's possible and quite easy to do. So again, I don't understand what you're trying to get at. You keep saying they don't serve ice cream here, but we're at a cold stone.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

So in NoVA 2026 -- an average person with a 7th/8th grade education can walk into lower tier non-skilled employment in their early 20s, buy a house in a white neighborhood/white schools, marry a wholesome stay at home woman and raise 4 kids?

Something tells me 90% of the country is heading your way because return on effort investment is off the charts. Heck, might be clearing $500k by 18 with a high school diploma!

that's another thing...not sure people worried as much about sending their kids to public schools back in the 40s/50s. could probably argue that my gramps was sending his kids to schools that people would pay TONS of money to have access to nowadays...not simply because of academic rigor either.
