I can usually tell but they are getting very convincing to where you can't tell on first look (like the MILF posted earlier). A lot of real women get cartoonish surgeries or use photoshop which makes it even harder.

A dead giveaway is if their profile is mostly photo shots taken in a setting that isn't dynamic like a bedroom, office, kitchen etc. If they don't have any pictures out in public with friends, traveling, or videos it's likely a fake profile. The type of girl to post risqué photos will 100% have pics of themselves living the "baddie lifestyle".
