Another great gut health suggestion for you OP, is to find real yogurt (with no bs ingredients like starches, fake sugars, etc.) There should be only two ingredients, milk and cultures
Then add walnuts and blueberries, plus allulose if you want a sweetener. The probiotics will start chimping out with excitement over the walnuts and blueberries which are both high in polyphenols and fiber

To expand on the previous post. I just spooned the cacao powder into milk a few times a day. The girl I told to do it used water most of the time but milk sometimes
It tastes incredible with milk

I got a new motivation for my diet with this stuff.
People spent all this time and money on supplements when the magic happens with real food

I will always have some magnesium glycinate on hand, plus a big dose of D3/K2. Plus some Krill or salmon oil for Omega 3. Creatine monohydrate too
Apart from those, I just play around with different supplements on and off to test stuff out. Recently I added potassium to my staple group because apparently almost everyone is deficient and I certainly was

Another thing that's great for gut health but shouldn't be consumed in huge amounts, especially if you have a lot of sugar in your diet is real honey. Avoid supermarket slop blends
I'll post the AI summary of gut benefits. Its benefits are similar to other gut health foods, but with enzymes that add something extra
Raw honey is a potent prebiotic that supports gut health by feeding beneficial bacteria, specifically Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus, while aiding digestion and reducing inflammation. Its unique composition includes oligosaccharides that ferment in the colon to produce short-chain fatty acids, enzymes like amylase that help break down carbohydrates to reduce bloating, and polyphenols that protect the gut lining from oxidative stress.
