We shall see. It'll be a wild precedent set if she's convicted. She was the victim who responded (stupidly) clearly out of anger. It's a completely different scenario than someone actively going around dropping slurs simply to provoke others (while still an idiotic precedent which can be applied to any insult) which sounds like what the case law is intended for.

The term “cracker” is corny and inoffensive to white people because we’re not emotionally weak, along with these other “racial slurs” that non whites create. I’ve personally experienced more prejudiced hispanics than blacks but probably because I’ve lived around them my whole life. I’d say they hate us a little more than blacks. This is also fueled by juice propaganda.
