Congrats on making it to 50 brah. You're half way there.
I feel slightly disappointed though. I'm in my early 20s and feel I follow all of these rules as per my nature. No wisdom was gained today.

I completely disagree with the alcohol part. When me and the boys get yucky, we always end up having a great time with hilarious stories. I'd rather have those memories tha than a materialistic item.

You know, I'm 38 now, people that know me will say I've packed more into those 38 years than most people do in a life time, Ive been blown up, set on fire, taken hostage, beaten by school teachers, thrown under a bus, to name but a few things, I used to drive myself crazy trying to right wrongs and make people think or see sense but you know what? It'll never make you happy.
In the end life will kill you no matter how you go out, nowadays if I'm pissed off by something or someone, (provided its not too serious) I just remove that element or move myself from it, it's so much better for your health, your training, your sleep patterns.
Cortisol is dreadful lol

Wow married at 25 that would have been a year ago. Nice to see that there are people who still make it together. Seems like I have grown hard from failed chance at love. Sex and money is all I have feels for anymore. Lol I will use you for inspiration.

-Figure out early what is important; you cannot do this early enough
-Dont spend so much money on liquor. I could have bought a brand new SUV by now
-Pick a few things and do them well and stick with them, quit chasing random crap
-Select a career you love regardless of the money, cause you never know when you will be kicked to the curb, unless you want to be self-employed.
-You treat people like crap, you will get treated like crap. Expect it, and no cryin
-Eat right.
-Whats outside (aesthetic) is important, but whats more important is who you are inside (no whiteknight, just reality, deal with it)
-Insecure people always have to have someone/something else to blame. Dont be that guy.
