Libel is when you post/say something in media that is untrue about a person. All he did was share a screenshot of what her tinder profile said. So its not libel since she was the one that said it about herself.

He also posted that she was a slut, which might be true, but I don't think what she wrote in her profile is evidence that she is a slut, if it were, his lawyers wouldn't have recommended he plead guilty.

Ridiculous case nonetheless, hope stuff like this doesn't become the norm but I doubt it will at least in the US, stay safe Aussie brahs.

Yeah bro, Australia is a complete and utter chithole. Literally cant walk outside without getting bit by some poisonous super spider or snake.
