Not big but Ive been lifting for 5 years. bench 260 (270 max but that was long time ago), squat IDK, deadlift 445 this past spring.

Ive been kickboxing this year so my gains slowed down like crazy. I started stretching this summer so im alot more flexible. I can do muscleups and almost do the human flag. about 178 lbs with abs.

i think i meet the criteria.

I try to pick things up and put them down, but I've found I'm better at putting things down than picking them up. Still won't stop me though.

I lift, but down to four days a week over the summer.

Other days I'm playing sports or just being outside working on my tan. Bronze is the key to aesthetics.

In. After years of lifting I came to realisation that bulking/cutting is the most stupid thing you can do as a lifter. Let's be srs here, we "bulk" just to be able to eat w.e the fuk you want. Then you gotta bust your ass to lose the excess fat that you've gained in the name of bulking. Brb gonna maintain my weight from now on so I can stay relatively ripped all year around while still making minimum gains

Pull up bar, resistance bands, pushups/situps.

Doing it more as a test though to see how my gains look because I dislocated my shoulder again a couple months ago.

Checking in

Thinking about finally competing. Waited til my old age. Will probably go to the dark side in a few years

In a bit of a transition in life right now. Once I land a job, move, and settle in I plan on scoping out potential shows and a coach
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Try calisthenic if your shoulder allows it. I know a miscer at the gym who did calisthenic for a year while cutting. He has an amazing physique right now, although he weights at 165 or something
