but who was frequency, mobility, stretching and soft tissue work..
the soreness can be easily avoided if you squatted at least twice a week. preferably thrice. no need for tons of volume either.
I start off every work out with either squats (3x3 or 4x4 lighter, paused) or deadlifts (3x3 or 4x4 lighter, deficit stiff legged). The weight is increased 5lbs every second week, 1 day on - 1 day off, etc. I almost never get a sore back or sore legs anymore.

No, people don't train legs because it's the hardest thing to do lifting wise. DOMS is only that severe for newbies.

so you're a pussi is what you're saying OP.
I dont respect anyone as a man if they dont train legs because theyre obviously weak minded. You've got to embrace the pain of leg day.
Tfw 27in+ legs and fitting into pants is near impossible

You'll be getting 80% of the results of someone going all out on leg day but you won't have crazy DOMs that will ruin your running routine. Will training legs correlate over to running?
The only reason i don't train legs regularly is i run 4-5 times a week and the DOMS (lasts about 5 days) from training legs affect my running schedule so i never train them only occasionally, also i was under the impression that bigger legs will make running more difficult can anyone chime in

Also, having big legs never bothered me running. It would be like asking if having big arms makes it harder for pullups (sure a little bit, but it also makes it easier... if that makes sense).

You just need some blood pumping back into them.
Wait until the second day when you cant hardly walk. Then do the leg workout again. It will suck no doubt but after a few warm ups you will be fine. Will feel better the next day.

Hardly ever do legs since I was born with a large lower body and smaller upper body.
Though only my calves are naturally strong. Thighs look big but then I go to squat and awfukbye. I'm starting to do legs more because it felt stupid having a really shiitty and weak squat.

if you actually worked legs consistently youd learn the crazy pain doesnt happen all the time, just like any other muscle group.
they get sore.. but not a bad sore.. and there is nothing like stretching out in bed after a long day with sore legs... hnnngghhh that feel.

first leg day was nothing compared to my first time paintballing in the woods. ****ing 7 day soreness in every single muscle & tendon from toe to hip. so many isometric lunges, uphill walking, stealth-walking, kneeling, crawling

Then why does this 166 lb dude have better traps than you bc my back doesnt hurt when i squat? Or when I actually front squatted, why did I front squat 225x10 without blacking out?
Maybe its because I'm not a pussy lmao
