Anyway, I'm about to turn 29, just bought my first condo in the city, and yet I'll be able to afford a $1500 per month mortgage, live comfortably and I've managed to save plenty over the last 6 years of my life with no outstanding debt. It's nothing amazing, but I've done it on my own at least and where I live it's not the easiest thing. No regrets whatsoever, those sloots can **** themselves lol.

I lived on my own from 18-21 then moved back in with the parents till I was 27. Saved up and got a nice house, but yes from 21-27 I pretty much only got laid on ONS which were extremely rare.
After I got the house I was swimming in women so not complaining.

I moved back to my parents after a couple years away. Why not? Its cheaper and I can think about saving for a deposit on a house I actually own

Frankly, people who are living at home past college have something wrong with them. Even if it's to save $$ -- people who choose to stay in mom and dad's basement almost always have some kind of problem: drug use, drinking problem, social anxiety, social retard, mental illness, etc.
