Ok I guess.

-Ups and downs in the gym because of recurring back injury that has seen me miss a month or so, hopefully getting back to it saturday

-Doing OK in rec league hockey, but injuries made me skip a few games

-Decided I am going to go to law school, but I have to take the LSAT again, so I am studying as much as I can for that, until I take it in February, REALLY excited about this.

Thats really it. The law school thing is the one thing that really excites me right now. NHL is back though. I put law school off 8 years ago when I moved to Charlotte for a relationship that didn't work out and I finally feel like I am back on track, so I am really excited. Sort of a long road until I start though.

Been trying to recover from a really bad strained trap for about 2.5 weeks now. Only been able to do super light the last 1.5 weeks. Entire left side is f*cked in terms of strength. Feel like I've wasted away a bit cause I haven't had a proper workout in what is closing in on a month

But staying positive. Used this "down time" to re-write some new workouts. Gonna wreck it harder than ever when I get back to normal.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Pretty good overall. Destroying school, great relationship with a certified dime for 2+ years (just talked bout how she wants to have 2 chick threesomes), work is work, been much better about getting in the gym so I've been making gains again.

Only thing that sucks is the pupper is getting sick again. He got pneumonia 3 times between Oct and may of this past year and got diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. So he's gonna get sick again and I decided last time he got sick, I'd put him down. If he lived a full life it wouldn't be so tough. But he's only 4. So I've just been spending as much time as possible with him

2014 to 2015 were horrible and I fell into a deep depression. Also drifted apart from all my friends and a lot of them moved away, so the loneliness was the worst of all my bad feels. And this harpy I was in love with destroyed my self-esteem over those two years and then went NC.

Overcame that depression and rebuilt myself emotionally from the ground up so I'm generally happier. And now this past month I've lucked into making a bunch of new friends. My social life is to the point where it cuts into other areas of my life and it's exhausting. I love it. Also over that bish and got her out of my system for the first time since 2013. I forgot how great it is to live a life free of her spell.

I have that sense of novelty again that I had lost for years... that feeling where everything seems new and exciting. Getting A's on everything in school. Self-esteem is back. And because I know what it was like to have lost everything I value, I appreciate everything so much more now. It's like I'm aware that I'm in the "good ol' days" before having actually left them.

I wake up at 5:30 AM fully hyped. I legit love waking up early in the morning. I honestly haven't been this happy since 2012.

Work is work :/ , im coming to the sad realization as long as i am working here we will always have a short staffing issue,
I've never been employed by the same employer this long, almost 4 year with this company
starting to realize how much we should enjoy the time we have right now.

Life is good for me at the moment. I am 29 years old.

Socially:
- Live at college next to the University of Sydney
- Parties always happening
- Given how I could pass to be a ~23 year old (many people say I look young), I'm taking advantage of that
- Got great mates in dental and medical school
- Heading to a big music festival tomorrow. Chestbrah and his group of *******s should be there

Girls:
- Single at the moment
- Tinder works exceptionally well for me here
- See ~1-2 girls a month, don't have much else free time for them
- Lots of girl friends in the medical school and dental school, so networking isn't hard
- I do alright at bars/clubs... having an afro, a decent face and OK physique helps. As does dressing well
- Ideally, I'd like to find a girl that's amazing and fits the "bill" of what I really want. Sex etc is OK with girls at the moment, but having someone you really care about, and can build a bountiful r/ship with would be so much better :/ So far, there is no girl that makes me want to chase them.

Family:
- All of my nuclear family are on the other side of the country - I miss them often
- They are doing well? Touch wood
- Regularly speak over the phone to my parents and brothers

Money:
- As a postgraduate student in a Doctor of Dental Medicine, I've essentially signed up for another 4 years of being poor lol
- However, I AM on a government student support scheme, where I get ~$600 every fortnight.... which I don't have to pay back
- I saved up lots of money to also supplement things

Career:
- As I said before, I'm studying to be a dentist
- I've studied 4 degrees (yes that's not a typo), before this. BSc (Biomed), BA (Psychology), Masters (Forensics), Grad Dip (Sleep Science)
- Career prospects for a dentist in Australia are excellent - the highest paying profession straight out of uni - $90k-105k full-time, typically
- Salary and career progression are excellent after too, reaching $200k-$300k within 2-5 yearsOf course, anything more than that is up to you, depending on how hard you want to work (days per week), if you are specializing etc

$200k/year... 2 years experience minimum:
https://www.seek.com.au/job/31921541...8&whereid=3000

Fitness/health:
- Doing well... touch-wood
- On a cut at the moment, as I figure I've got enough muscle mass
- Lift every 2 days with Push-Pull-Legs, and have cardio every other day.
- Eating much healthier these days too... plenty of fruits and vegetables

I'm enjoying life right now. A little stressed out due to school starting, but I'd say it's normal levels of stress. Second year of grad school started and projected to finish June 2017. Engaged and getting married in July 2017 (inb4 LOL). Honeymoon in Hawaii in July for 2 weeks. Already have a job lined up for once I graduate. Not hitting the gym as much as I'd like (between school, work part-time, and internship but still eating healthy. Overall I'm feeling good about where things are at.

Good:

- still healthy
- leaving the military in 9 more months after 7 years, been a long time coming
- it's cooling down here. I hate the heat.

Bad:

- addiction problem, but it's not as bad as it could be
- not as social as I should be
- not as motivated as I should be
- need to run more

Pretty fuking good, was a shy awkward ******* in the past, this school semester said fuk that, got life by the balls, started leaning out, and starting putting myself out there talking to people and girls. It's so easy for me now.
Was seeing a girl for a while, strong chemistry, great times, suddenly stopped talking to me, few days later new guy pictures
Passing all my classes as of now, but the highlight is that I just got a job that pays pretty well in the weekends, about $300, plus we gotta travel out of town, so gas, hotel, and food is provided by the company. Das it.. one thing leaves but something amazing comes

Finally hit 225 on bench without a spot for 3.. 3 days after almost getting buried under the weight.

Live in parents basement and don't have job or friends. Only time i go out is to gym @midnight. Still think about my ex, probably cause i have no one else to think about (don't meet many people when you never leave the house lol)
Haven't worked since Feb. Only did a year of Uni @trades last year and decided it wasn't for me. Went out to clubs and camping with a few bros i had during the summer and it was fun but its worn off now.

I'm feel extremely disconnected from the world, mainly cause of being on the internet all day. when you sit at home and only hear about all the ****ed up things going on in the world it can affect your head.

Not posting for advice. mainly just to check up in some months or a year and see what's changed.

Life is pretty sweet at the moment, but i feel stuck in a bit of a bubble.

- Currently living in London and travelling a huge amount
- Always things to do
- Living with GF of 4 years and its going fantastic
- Days consist of working, planning next trip and working out
- Have a career plan sorted for when I move back to Australia, but feels weird knowing that won't be for awhile. But I'm starting preperational steps that im implementing now, so that when I do go back and I can go straight in to it.
- Working ****ty jobs to make money, London is very expensive.
- Next two years are somewhat mapped out and provided we earn enough money to fund what we want to do, its going to be amazing.
- Sucks living on the other side of the world to all your friends and family, miss out on so much stuff. I wouldnt change my situation but it can be **** at times.
