I think "Knowing what you want" is the most important one. it sorta helps every thing else find it's place and allows them to work.

Per the article:
"Remember, we are all a work in progress, and no one is perfect nor Super Man. I know a few guys that get pretty close, and they’d be the first to tell you – because humility and confidence are always found together – they too are a work in progress."

The fuks wrong wit u man, no cliffs? Since OP has been here since 2002 but still doesn't understand how this works, here are the cliffs:
1: Be Man Handy
2: Stop Giving A Damn
3: Don’t be an A-Hole
4: Be Life Functional
5: Remember, “You don’t have to like it, you just have to do it”
6: Take a stand and stand there.
7: “Real” Men learn from their mistakes!
8: The Metrosexual Vs. The Renaissance Man
9: Do Manly ****!
10: Get your testosterone levels checked
Not a bad article, but I don't agree with #7. I mean this is kinda a bodybuilding forum. Compared to the average dude, I'd say most people who regularly lift for aesthetics fit in as metrosexual. I don't see a problem with being a guy who takes care of himself. I mean women paint their faces, put on fake eyelashes, wear heels to appear taller, curl their hair, yet it's wrong for me to dress well, smell good, have a hair routine, and shave every two weeks?

Probably best to work on everything instead of just overdosing on one which I think you referred to as Renaissance Man. Too many terms lol.

Point number 10 is probably the biggest reason we are seeing the change in landscape like we are. Ever seen how many foods and drinks have soy in them? Sure it's usually trace amounts, but when a pro-estrogen is in nearly everything, and also in lotions, soaps, bottled water, most things touching plastic, etc etc, it's not surprising we see a drop in test. Combined with less physical activity and easy access to porn, it's a perfect storm for ****ing with hormones.

LOL at this thread. Just because OP is an old ******* and looks like a pumpkin doesnt make his advice any less true.
Jokes aside overall not bad. I'd say #5,6,7 are absolute truths. When I read #6 I had doubts but you came through with #7. A real man knows how to admit fault and improve. Leave the ego game to the ignorant.
The rest is a mixed bag. Overall not bad grandpa.
Now it's time for the real question: can you still get it up without a ton of pills? That's the "test" for being a real man. Nice advertisement for your online test lab in #10 btw.
