Not trying to a dik but I don't see a huge difference. Leaving confused specially at accusations of hoping on the bike.

Not that I don't believe you but...I've literally NEVER seen anyone squat over 3 plates (I'm talking ass to grass high bar none of that sumo stance quarter rep, belt, sleeves, retarded form squats) and I've been going to the gym for years.

all you guys who play it off like its nothing lmao...no one just hits 4 plates for depth just like that, its a feat of strength for sure. Maybe I'm wrong.

it is nothing on a forum with a huge population dedicated to lifting, but in commercial gyms it is pretty rare. i've only seen one person squat over 4 plate at my gym and he was squatting 6 plate for reps - he got kicked out and forced to go to another gym coz he lifted to heavy (srs)

i think the main reason misc standards are so high is because everyone forgets what a large sample size we have here on the misc. it's only natural that ur gonna notice the people with the bigger lifts.
