Misc is just where the bros hangout and all of the *******s want to be them.

PED boards is where the guys who actually made it hang out.

What about people who have just started but do not look like they lift?? Should I come back in year because I'm guessing that how long it takes to get decent results

the difference between old misc and new misc is now the new misc has a majority of non lifting swine. it's like flooding a country with refugees and the original population ultimately become a minority, the country loses everything that made it unique.

the misc has lost it's value, because now it isn't mainly lifting bros from all walks of life (tradie, stems, baldcels, chads etc) sharing their stories, it's now just another run of the mill chit posting fest with low iq low test non lifting *******s clogging up the boards.

Tfw when have only been to the gym like 10 times in the last year...feels fukken bad man but there were extenuating circumstances.

There are people on this forum that never seriously lifted though and that baffles my mind, how do you even get any enjoyment out of the forum if you cant relate to any of the posters or threads

from what I've seen misc quality is cyclical. I think we are on an upswing as of late, a lot more lifting and diet threads. Way less LDAR and twink *******ry. But who knows Ive also been visiting a lot less recently.

We should make a mega thread where miscers prove they lift. And then add some kind of identification.

Can confirm non-lifting ******* here umadbra? Used this bb to go from blue whale to swordfish. In fact haven't lifted in 2 years no care whatsoever. But lol at how unaware you are about 'old misc'. Majority of this 'old' misc were non lifters it only became beta when Reddit, 4chan and IGN flooded Misc around 2012.

Welcome to natty life bro. This is why I think as a natty its much better to focus on strength and performance over anything.

obviously lifting bros with avis are easy to identify, but females throw a face pic up and think it's acceptable. mandatory glute spread pics are required so we can determine whether you do regular squats and leg work.

if not then i'm afraid you fall into the majority pile of non lifting posters and should move along and come back to us when you meet the mark.
