my best friend lives in playa del carmen and i've been down there about 10 times in the past two years. it really makes me sad. I love that place and for the most part it has kept violence out of the city. I've never had any issues or felt unsafe there and i go out all the time. It makes me wonder who pissed off who because shootings are not common in playa. I'm supposed to go there in two months lol
