Doesn't sound like he's at the point of no return to me. If he just keeps working hard he can make it. I always fuk up towards the middle of the semester and then salvage my grade towards the end.

I am just sitting here finishing a lovely protein shake made up of a few egg whites, one can of tuna, a scoop of cookies n cream whey, and a bunch of water.

This will probably be the first time since I was 16 that I willingly do not consume alcohol on the weekend.

Might go see that Logan movie. It's back day! Did some deadlifting yesterday morning to practice/for fun. I hadn't deadlifted in a couple years.
I'll probably just do pulls and rows tonight as I'm pretty tight from yesterday.

Though I'll probably see someone else deadlifting and want to do some haha
