The levels in which it is released can depend on many things. But to speak on why a chad could generate less oxytocin then a non-chad:

If your partner is genetically superior to you then this can make some people feel uncomfortable (out of my league syndrome). For guys it might manifest in not being able to get it up, in girls they might not enjoy the sex as much as they would with someone they feel comfortable with.

FOR MOST women this isn't a problem, because it's more natural for women to date up then men. I guess a very insecure woman might have this problem but for the most part it's a male problem.

Well if you're a Chad then you automatically have a sexual chemistry advantage. Girls will cut you a lot of slack and find everything about you sexy. A beta who is quiet and shy will be seen as a loser, no chemistry, whereas a Chad who is quiet would be seen as mysterious and sexy.
