I found that I actually don't crave carbs now and when I do eat them , I get full really fast.

Gave up sugar and milk too. I'm still eating hard cheeses though.

Are you worried weight will go back up once you start eating normal?

Are you going to cut sugar out for good?

Sugar and carbs for me would be super hard to cut.

I tried one meal a day I finally lost weight but I had no energy to go to the gym

Do you track your macros? What do you mean by eating "normal?" Do you have any idea how the process works? Do you have any interest in it?

I'm not anymore. Now I'm actually just making sure to get protein, fat, and some veggies at each meal. I'm drinking 6 bottles of water a day. I plan to keep eating like this while adding in some slow digesting carbs every now and then. I feel waaaayyy less bloated after I eat. Not sluggish anymore.

Feels good

No not worried because I have a very fast metabolism so when I get to a certain weight my body tends to just stay there. For me to lose or gain I really have to try hard.

And one meal a day would not be a good idea.

It WAS really hard the first 5 days or so. I wanted to gnaw my ****ing arm off lol. I felt like crap, was lightheaded, and tired.
But then...About day 6 cravings started to go away and all the other crappy stuff with it.

I'm on day 17 now . Yes I plan to cut out sugar 90% of the time. Was never a sugar fiend but I just don't see the point in eating candy every week or bread.

You can do it it's just gonna be hard! You will see results though if you stick with it.

Ya this...I feel like if you change something it's kind of a lifestyle change. Can't expect to start eating **** food again and keep yo-yo-ing . Although..I can eat a whole pizza and not gain, I wouldn't LOSE any either and it will just delay me from looking like those CrossFit chicks so...Onward!!!!

You don't have to cut all sugar and carbs to be successful. I'll never under why people make this stuff so complicated when it doesn't have to be.

Figure out your intake based on your goal. Hit your protein and divide the remaining calories as you see fit. All foods are fine in moderation...nothing has to be off limits.

Losing weight is just pretty much math, and even though I suck at math, it's the easiest thing to do if you get to that place mentally. The way you both talk about dieting is just odd. There's no such thing as **** food. The only reason you can't eat a lot of junk food while cutting is because there's not many calories left after you eat your macros. If my cutting calories are 1500 and need at least 120g of protein, then that's the reason I can't eat a whole pizza, not because there's something wrong with eating pizza.

I consider **** food anything that is not nutrient dense. Why would I eat 3 donuts when I could probably eat a healthy breakfast or at least make some protein pancakes for way fewer calories and without so much of a blood sugar spike?

I didn't mean I'll never eat those things again. I'm not trying to be anorexic. When I first was going to do this I had set my calories too low.
I just don't know a lot about dieting because I've never had to watch what I eat before.

I realize I am thin but I still have some fat to lose, then from there it's very clean bulking.

I'm also ordering strong curves probably today or tomorrow. I have a very healthy body image/view of food

I'd like to have the body of a competitor by next year. Hopefully sooner if that's possible ?

Did you hit 130 lbs yet? If this^^is your overall goal I would start the building process now eating in a calorie surplus and take random breaks eating at maintenance.

Incorrect, I only came crossed that stuff because someone said you can not find her nudes. I thought that was bs. They are online as well just need to registered to something to see them.

All the drama is interesting, funny what you find on people on the internet.

LOL at drama on here with the other girls and all the pm's.

As humans we all have similar working metabolisms. The difference is the rate of our activity levels.

I no longer chase around little babies/kids in my home on a daily basis or have a physical job where I'm running around all day (desk job now)...you get the idea.
